1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DailyBot's cloud services, website, or any related applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. DailyBot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

DailyBot is an AI-powered team orchestration platform that provides automated check-ins, workflow automation, mood tracking, kudos, and team analytics through integrations with chat platforms including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Discord.

The Platform is provided as a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS). DailyBot may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Platform at its discretion, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account or authenticate through a supported third-party service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to promptly update any changes. DailyBot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that contain inaccurate information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or DailyBot's systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or performance
  • Use automated means to access the Platform except through DailyBot's published APIs
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by DailyBot, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant DailyBot a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services. DailyBot does not claim ownership of User Content.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. DailyBot reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

If payment fails, DailyBot may suspend access to paid features after a reasonable grace period. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription, except for taxes on DailyBot's income.

7. Data Processing

DailyBot processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and, for applicable customers, the Data Processing Agreement. DailyBot employs industry-standard security measures to protect customer data.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILYBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

DailyBot's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to DailyBot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. DailyBot may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. DailyBot will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request export of your data. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

DailyBot reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
