Como fazer Slack Admin team-manager

Invite members from Slack

Invite members from Slack

Invite people who already use your Slack workspace so they land in the right Dailybot organization with the correct role. Invites keep Slack as the primary sign-in path, so most teammates never manage a separate Dailybot-only password.

Before you begin

  • You need Organization admin or Team manager permissions (exact labels may vary by plan).
  • Dailybot must be installed and authorized for the Slack workspace you are inviting from.

Steps

  1. Open the Dailybot web dashboard and sign in.
  2. Click Settings in the sidebar, then select Members.
  3. Click the Invite people button in the top-right corner.
  4. In the Invite people from Slack dialog, choose the Invite from Workspace tab to see people already in your Slack workspace, or switch to External people to invite by email.
  5. Search by name or email to find the people you want to add.
  6. Under Optional setup, choose a Role (Member by default), optionally assign them to a check-in, and optionally add them to a team.
  7. Click Send invitation.
  8. If someone does not appear in the search, confirm they are in the connected Slack workspace and that your join settings allow them.

What to expect after

Invitees get a flow that ties their Slack identity to your Dailybot organization. They may see a direct message from Dailybot in Slack, an email, or an in-app prompt, depending on your setup and their notification settings. After they accept, they appear under Members and can use Dailybot in Slack without creating a separate organization.
